Wow! I can't recommend this company enough. We had a lot to move with multiple stops, and they hustled the entire day. When I say hustle, I mean they were running in between loads. They were super friendly. They were respectful of the houses and had their own blankets and shrink wrap. 100% recommend this crew.

This crew did a great job unloading our 32' moving truck into our house. They took care to pad the doors, etc, and move our things to the appropriate floor and room. They worked quickly. They charged only from when they started unloading to finished unloading (no travel time charges!). Very fair rate. Would hire again!

There is no minimum labor charge for interstate moves. The rate starts when the crew arrives at each portion of the move and stops when that portion is completed.
We have a 1.5 hour minimum. The rate starts when the crew arrives at the first address and stops once everything is completed at the final address. After the minimum is met we charge by the minute.
We do have a travel charge that covers the cost for the crew to get from our office to the starting location and from the ending location back to our office. This is calculated based on the crew size, starting city and the ending city.
Our hourly rate includes movers, truck(s), pads, hand trucks, dollies, straps, shrink, and credit card convenience fees. We also include long carries, stairs, and heavy item costs in our hourly rate that other companies charge for.
Packing is a separate service and takes time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need packing services so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
The travel charge covers employee wages, fuel, and vehicle maintenance to get our crew to your starting location and back to the office from your ending location.
We do not take any deposits and all payment is received by the crew onsite after the completion of the move.

Boxes, packing paper, tape, wardrobe boxes, TV boxes, and any other packing supplies are not included and will need to be provided by you or purchased from us.
We have the equipment to transport your belongings safely, but when unloading into a storage unit, you will need to provide blankets and/or mattress bags to protect your items. We do sell these items if you need them.
If you need us to load a truck for your move, you will need to provide or purchase blankets, straps, and mattress bags from us.
We use our own software program to provide estimates. Please be patient and answer all questions from our estimators truthfully and honestly, so we can give you the most accurate estimate possible.
